Viewers were shocked Wednesday night when one of their favorite characters made a surprise return after being killed off in the show's season 3!

Keith Scott, played by actor Craig Sheffer, wasn't necessarily brought back to life in Wednesday's episode, but he DID help walk his brother Dan into heaven!

The return of Keith was closely kept under wraps up until last night when it aired!!! An unspoiled appearance? Nice one, One Tree Hill! That is pretty impressive these days!

Paul Johansson, who played OTH's Dan, shared his views on Keith's season 3 write-off, saying:

I think murder is one of the worst things you can possibly do, especially to a wonderful soul like Keith, but it did two things: One, I think it saved the TV series, [Writer] Mark doing that. In a way, we were on our way out. Had Mark not made that episode and pushed it though, the show would not have gone nine years. And two, It created within the audience [the question], ‘What is Dan going to do now?’ Without that, a show can be bland and Mark wouldn’t allow that.

The long-running show's series finale will air on April 4.

It was a big party to watch the Oscars as well as a fundraiser for the Children Uniting Nations.

Children Uniting Nations originated in El Lay and their goal is:

"[…] to reach as many children in out-of-home care by offering role-model support, guidance, a sense of community and promoting the importance of an education.

We match participants with highly trained mentors that are compassionate, steadfast and have an unconditional desire to give of themselves in order to make a positive difference in the lives of our most vulnerable children."

The event was held at a private resident in Beverly Hills so we're sure it was a swanky affair.

There were other celebs there, like Metta World Peace, Radha Mitchell and Bai Ling so we're sure a lot of money was raised for the Children Uniting Nations.

Whitney Houston's family is reportedly devastated after discovering that a photo of the late icon's body in her casket was published on the cover of The National Enquirer, and are furious that the security surrounding her was breached!

According to sources close to Cissy Houston, who has taken the publication the hardest, the family has had "their hearts broken all over again" by the frankly vulgar and thoughtless exploitation of their loved one.

However, they intend to carry through and will not investigate the matter further.

We think everyone responsible for taking that photo, selling it and deciding to run it should be very thankful for that, indeed.

And frankly, ashamed of themselves.

After a fan snapped an unwanted pic of him getting into his Bentley in Miami, Chris Brown decided the best course of action was to roll down his window, snatch the phone out her hands and say, "B*tch, you ain’t going to put that on no website.”

He could have at least just deleted the picture, but no, he drove off with the expensive smart phone. Well, Shanae Spann went straight to the police and now Brown has been charged with "one count of Robbery by Sudden Snatching."

We had no idea the law had actually given this type of criminal offense such a particular name. While we admit the charge sounds funny on paper, in reality, it isn't a laughing matter.

This guy's got to get his anger in check before he hurts someone gets in MORE trouble than he's already gotten in. We can't wait to hear how he justifies this incident.
